  Went here Saturday night and was incredibly disappointed. Upon arriving around 9:30pm at the front desk, we were ignored by all 3 employees for about 5 minutes. They did not even acknowledge our presence, but weren't too busy to do so. One was on the phone, but hung up within seconds our arrival, the second was cleaning shoes but looking out in our direction (we were literally standing in front of both) and the third came out from the back, spoke to the two girls and went away. Finally we were told there weren't any openings until 11. We decided to go to the arcade for a bit and then hit the bar. The arcade was the only decent part of the night. The bathrooms were filthy and had no paper towels. We waited at the bar for about 15 minutes of being ignored completely, and decided to head back to the front around 10:15 because the place had cleared out a ton and there were at least 6 lanes open at this point. Again, we were not greeted, but my husband just asked the girl who was standing there if we could get a lane now since it was emptying out. She looked him up and down and hastily told us they had "at least a 10 person wait list." We looked around, and there was literally one guy sitting on a chair with his coat on waiting for something. Everyone else was bowling, and there were 7 people sitting at the bar, 6 of them were part of couples and the 7th was sitting with one of the couples. It was clear that, for whatever reason, they did not want our business. Very disappointing.

  Fancy alley, lots of big projector screens and music playing. The game interface is pretty advanced and tells you which pins to aim for with clear and descriptive graphics. The food and drinks were expensive but delicious.
